That's the rumor, he moved to NYC but he still has the house, which BTW is NOT in rumson.

And he has a summer house in East Hampton. I guess he's branching out.

For interested parties, it is on Navesink River Road in Middletown--precisely where I want to live.
I heard they're in SoHo.

Same area, out in Hunterdon County... but with more property, a few acres. And a slightly bigger house. I don't need anything huge, but another bedroom for guests, and a bath and a half more, plus an actual office would be nice.

I'd love the land + horses. I wouldn't want Colt's Neck prices though, and seeing as I'm a single college student, I'd have no need for a 5 bedroom 4 bath house. (though, I'll admit - they're rather nice to look at!)

But I guess if it was an "OK- we'll give you more money than you could ever use, but there's one catch- you have to live in NJ to get it" kinda thing, I'd have to say I'd live in one of the old Victorians down in Cape May, or in the southernmost house on the boardwalk in Sea Girt- talk about a beautiful home.......

I'll take your share of NJ, then
