Just about anywhere in western Hunterdon or Warren County. I'd like to have about 100 acres, and for 75% of it to be cleared farmland. The other 25% could be rocky upland country or lowland hardwood swamps. Basically I'd love to have a working farm with plenty of good deer hunting land to go with it. I'd rather farm than do anything else, but with no family land to inherit, you have to be a millionaire to buy in this state

You call that ragging? That was politely joking, which I'm entitled to as a previous resident- you never lose the Jersey sarcasm, regardless of where you move.....lol.
We're not "in Atlanta"- we're actually 35 miles from downtown in Holly Springs, which means I'm probably less "in Atlanta" than you're "in NYC" (or around the same).....lol.

I'd live right around the corner in Neshanic Station. There is a beatiful old house that has just been updated and it is my DREAM home. Before the renovation, it was listed at $419,000... with the additions... it is now $489,000. Either way... no way we can afford it.... nuts!

I would stay right where I am now. I'm not a glitzy** suburban type of guy. I need buildings, people, and noise around me.
