I would live at Warren if money is not an issue. In fact, I just made an offer of this wonderful house at Warren asking $1.789million that realtor told me it was selling for $2.45 million. If I can get the house, then, I can get good equity. I did not get it.
Why I think about Warren? In fact, I am thinking a small section of Warren call Rolling Hills that can walk to nice Warren Library and community park, and it is easy to Dunellen Train Station that I have been taking train to Wall St. Besides, I found Warren has a newly elected Board member that's Chinese, Eric Sun, that implies the school district will be getting much better, and many Chinese American live there, and I was correct that there is huge Asian Food Center right at Rt 22...
One more reason for myself is that I want to come back to work at Citibank Warren that I went to interviewed, I saw thousands employees from India, China, Taiwan, ...etc, kind of same culture... All 3 people interviewed me from India, including VP, AVP and project manager ...

#1) Far Hills with several acres & horses. I would visit in the Fall for all the great pumpkin picking fall activities. Also to attend the Far Hills Race at Moorland Farms.
All the other homes would be elsewhere(I have to keep at least 1 in NJ to visit family).
2) Aspen Colorado/Snowmass- love to ski there every year & love the people
3) South Florida on the water
4) The Isle of Capri/Italy or The Costa Del Sol region of Spain
Wow..living anywhere when money is no object is fun!!!!

If I were to stay in my general area, maybe Cranbury.
I do love the area down near Avalon/Stone Harbor.

That's pretty easy...
If money were no object I would buy the entire State.
Homes, roads (with tolls, of course) and beaches.
I would rename the entire coastline.
I would have Zeppelin reunion shows every month, along with Clapton jamming at my Arena.
Lobster would be the State shellfish and the Emu the State bird.
Sam Adams, Guinness ans Sambuca would be the only alcohol served.
I would move the Mets and the Miami Dolphins here (there would be no traffic jams, especially since no one goes to Dolphins games anyway).
I would make Tahiti Vice President and CFO. I'll even give her two counties of her choice...maybe even an entire square mile of LBI.

Summer house in LBI for sure.
Probably Princeton year round b/c I am in love with Nassau Street.
I do also like Alpine or the lesser known Rockleigh. Cream Ridge has gorgeous homes, but i think would be too country for me.

There's a 230 acre farm for sale down the road from me that I would scoop up - it's only 5.6 million..lol : )). I'd keep it "Green" and build myself a small private mansion then I would give my house to someone who is currently about to lose their's due to this horrible mess our economy is in ; ((
