Skyline Drive in Ringwood, NJ (Paramus: home, purchasing, to live)

Im considering purchasing a home in Ringwood at the top of Skyline Drive. I work in Paramus and am curious about the traffic conditions I may encounter on Skyline Drive during morning and evening rush hours. Any one with any experience in the area that could offer me their insight?

I don't use Skyline Drive myself, but my brother used to lived right off it on Conklintown Road in Ringwood and I commute by it everyday. The road gets plenty of traffic, however it does move and they do close it from time to time in the winter due to snow. If there are ever any issues with Ringwood Ave Skyline gets a lot of the overflow traffic.
