Can anyone comment on the Enclave townhouses located in North Edison? We are a young couple and looking to rent there. Wanted to get an idea of what the community is like, younger vs older couples, diversity, safety, etc. etc. Is there a gym? Pool?

One of us will be driving to Staten Island daily - close to the SI University Hospital. Is this a good location for that daily commute?
