Default Surveyor recommendation
All - looking for someone to do a home survey of the house I just purchased in Union county. Title company came back and would not accept one from the sellers that was done several years ago. Hopefully looking to find something in the $500-650 range if possible. Please PM me if you have somebody you liked. Thanks and happy holidays.

Just to clarify - I'm only looking for a survey of the property to satisfy the title company. I've already had the home inspected, checked for termites and radon, and completed an oil tank search.
