Does anyone know approximately how much it would cost to have a patio power washed? I'd like to get a sense of what's reasonable before calling places. My patio is about 600sqft. Also, any recommendations in the Union/Morris county area would be appreciated.

It's really easy to do yourself. Consider renting a powerwasher or buying an inexpensive one (even en electric model will suffice for many jobs).

Otherwise, this guy did some powerwashing of our siding and did a good job and was easy to deal with:

(he's in Wayne, but does plenty of work in Morris)

Thanks. I am considering doing it myself. Depends on how much more hiring someone will cost, and I don't think it's been cleaned in a long time, so it may benefit from a pro job.
