Anyhow, taxes are the reason we shied away from the "trendy" areas like Mullica Hill, Chesterfield and Medford. They just build up every square inch of developable land and then need to upgrade the infrastructure all at once. Then the taxes skyrocket, and they don't lower them back down when they're done.

This is true - places like where I live do do that. However...this wasn't a trendy move for us.....my husband grew up here. His grandparents built our house - his parents live down the street......

I'm not suggesting you say that I am particularly the "trendy" but its just and FYI and like I said so many times already......taxes have risen so quickly.

My wife's from Medford, I grew up in Sea Isle.. we couldn't afford to live in either of those 2 places.
