Default Zillow.com or Propertyshark.com websites

Have you guys visited this and does it make you upset seeing the stats?

Not that I don't like zillow.com or propertyshark.com but seeing the #s from those sites makes me wary of others knowing how much I paid for my home AND also upset knowing how much the previous owner of my condo paid for their home vs. what I paid. :P

Of course it's also a great home comparison tool for those looking to make bids on a home or checking property taxes.

It's all public record knowledge anyway through your county clerks office.
It's there for anyone caring to look to see..zillow & propertyshark just make it a tad easier

That propertyshark site was pretty nice, pulls everything together in one report. I like it, thanks!

All that info is available through your county clerk but those websites really make it easy!

Oh I know those information are available if asked. But who has time to visit the county clerk office for that? And who knows how much time it'll take to pull all the information you want on so many properties.

Inquiring mind wants to know now - and in an easily laid out format!
