That's what I hear a lot of real estate brokers say, but their goal is to keep the market moving. That may not be the seller's goal though. As I said, in the end, it is his/her house and they can do whatever they want with it. On Zillow, they have a "make me move" price. That is someone who does not particularly need to be in the market right now but if you offered the X amount of dollars, they would move. Perhaps that is the position THIS seller is in.
