Without knowing too much about the individual houses I prefer smaller towns vs larger ones so that's a plus for Clark. Also they are building some sort of retail development in the area directly behind the Shoprite. All the land behind there is leveled all around the block. I think many years ago it was a ball bearing plant for GM cars but is going all retail I think.

Okay it was a US Gypsum plant many years ago, now getting rebuilt as a large commercial tract with a Whole Foods and dozens of other stores, several restaurants, etc.
