ryan homes in barnget or walters homes (Madison, Barnegat: wood floors, neighborhoods)

I have made the choice that more then likely I should be moving to Barnegat.Iam trying to figure out which builder to use I've heard good and bad about both....now I would like a little feed back from people who dealt or live in both communties.Please share your stories with me so that I can compare them with my own reseach. I live in a Walter's Home. It's a good house, the layout of the Madison is great! It's not the best insulated home, nor is it "green", they sub out just like many builders, so you have to stay on top of them, just like with any other builder. Walters has a some deals going on.

Check out the Pantry in the Madison, it's sooo big! The family room/kitchen is so pretty. We have wood floors on the first and on the second just in the hall.

I like the Ryan Homes . I'm building @ High Pointe But I also like the Carriage Estates west of the parkway. They have more property. Best bet is to come and see the homes in the neighborhoods.
