I moved away and can't make it to a family funeral in Edison, near The Pines Manor area.
I want to send a fruit basket or food tray to family at the house instead of flowers. Every time I have sent flowers they were terrible and a rip off. Can anyone suggest a business trustworthy in this area I can call? A web site to them would be even better. I need to send today so any help is appreciated.
Your best bet would be Pino's, which is located in the adjacent town of Highland Park, and which is known for their gourmet fruit, cheese, and wine baskets.
I have used Pino's in the past, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the gift baskets that they provided.
I can call Wegmans but is there one near there? I just Googled and it said Woodbridge.

Found out the funeral home is in Fords so not near there, Wegmans not near there and Pinos' overpriced. Still need ideas. I will look at Edible Arrangements but not crazy about them either.

I guess you don't realize that Fords is part of Woodbridge Township, and that the Wegmans store in Wooodbridge Twp. is no more than 4 miles from Fords. However, that reality is academic as I don't believe that Wegmans delivers.
If both Pino's and Edible Arrangements are too rich for your blood, there may not be any other options for you.

I never asked for Woodbridge, I asked for Edison on the south end. I'm sending food to her mothers house, not the funeral home. I said that in the OP but anyway...lol, those places arent too rich for my blood. Kind of a rude way to say it when you dont know me or my situation but anyway, I ordered something from Edible Arrangements. Hey thanks for the kind help. It's Edison, I'm from there and know there are places, just havent been there in awhile.
