There is a person with no taste buds.
Papa Johns?
Do you own a franchise or work at one?
Where is Northern Jersey are you talking about when you say that a place that is not even as good as Tombstone frozen pizza is better than pizzerias?

i totally agree with this. it isn't even close - delorenzo's has BY FAR the best pizza in the state, and is probably among the top 20 places in the nation.
there are two branches, but i think the one on hudson st is better than the one on hamilton st because it reaches highs that the one on hamilton does not (although the one on hamilton is said to be more consistent - can't vouch for this last fact myself).
De Lorenzo Tomato Pies - Trenton, NJ
in general, nyc has better pizza than anywhere in nj. di fara, lucali, and totonno's in brooklyn, denino's, joe & pat's, and nunzio's on staten island, and louie & ernie's in the bronx are all great, with di fara the best of the bunch (and arguably the best in the country). sally's and pepe's in new haven, ct are terrific, too. the only nj place i've been to that can even be mentioned in this league is delorenzo's.

Found a good place in Maplewood -- Arturo's. Thin, brick-oven margherita. Looks like I need to try Star Tavern in Orange. Disappointed in Bunny's of South Orange. Has anyone had Roma's of Maplewood?

Visited some friends yesterday in West New York. They took us up to a restaurant on 78th. and Bergenline for lunch "LA Sorrentina". I thought their Margarita pie was excellent. They tell me that everbody in the area raves about the place. I'd definetly go back.

I grew up in Essex County and Star Tavern and Ken's Town Tavern were pizza institutions. Since moving out to "happy swell meadows" it's been tough to locate good pizza. Lockwood Tavern in Byram has great pizza for Sussex County. I really can't find any good pizza in Warren County...if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

I went to Morristown HS and went to Suvios often for lunch. It was addicitive. Also Tony's in Morris Plains is great.
