There's one on Rt. 18 in East Brunswick near Mid-State mall that I never hear anything bad about. You hear some cooky stuff about the one in North Brunswick.

You're not talking about Senior Mobile Homes are you? If yes, there's Clearwater Village in Spotswood.

Deerbrook is nice. My step-father lives there. He and his wife moved there to downsize and are really happy with the area. It's off of Rt. 130-closer to the Rt 1 end of Rt 130. Big, new Shop-Rite supermarket is nearby. I was thinking about a different one in North Brunswick that was a little sketchy, but Deerbrook isn't that one. My grandmother lives in the one in Spotswood. They are re-doing a lot of the homes-upgrading the look of them so they don't look so mobile homish looking. They have a really nice pool that my grandfather used to get a lot of use out of. It's close to many churches of many different denominations. 15-20 minute drive, if there's traffic, to the grocery store, mall, and Rt 18-the major highway to every other highway in the area. You're also fairly close to the Turnpike-15 minute drive in the opposite direction through Jamesburg.

I think either place would be a good choice. If you're looking for a small town with a Mayberry type of feel, then Spotswood may be better. I don't know that much about the town of North Brunswick itself, but like I said-my stepfather is a little older than you and he likes the town just fine. Don't know how much that helps but if you need any other info-let me know and I'll try to help.
