I'm going to need a nanny in a few years during the hours of 7:30-8:30am and 2-6:30pm. Also, she will need to drive. How easy would be to find a part-time nanny for the hours mentioned? Would it be impossible? Also, what would the going rate be?

Care.com has people that are looking for all different situations. I would start there. I think nannies are in the $15-$20 per hour range from what I can tell. Just had a baby myself and am exploring.
