So basically men will go to prison if we llie to get sex. Will women go to prison if they lie and get pregnant if they told us they were on the pill?

I doubt there's a single male lawmaker who hasn't committed that particular "crime", broadly construed -- that is, if you puff yourself up in any way on a date with a women and subsequently have sex with her, it would be rape.

The headline should not claim 'lawmaker' intros bill....... It should clearly state the lawmaker's name, TROY SINGLETON.

Women lie too, about their age, weight, etc. Can one argue putting on too much make up is fraud? Under this bill, presumably these women could also be guilty of "rape".

A friend of mine experienced this phenomenon when he was using a dating site.
One woman stated that she weighed ~120 lbs, but he said that when he met her, she "weighed more than my Buick".

A woman whom I know also used a dating site, and she arranged to meet a guy who described himself as having "a swimmer's body". When she finally met him, she was hit by the reality that even a whale has "a swimmer's body".
