Yes, there was an article in the APP over the weekend about this. Chris and Roby Marshall are going before the parole board to ask that their father be kept in prison. They said they are defending their mother.

Marshall died in South Woods State Prison in Bridgeton, New Jersey on February 21, 2015.

He was 75.
