Trenton Revitalization, What Do You Think?
I've been hearing that parts of Trenton (especially North Broad St, and Pennington Ave)are going through a revitalization in recent times. With all of this supposedly going on, do you think you would actually consider moving there?

NO WAY! I live about 1 mile from the Trenton/Lawrenceville border...I won't cross that line unless I'm going to a baseball game or the arena. The crime and murder rate there just keeps going up...it will continue going up despite any revitalization efforts.

So MAMA BEE, you think with all the new businesses and moderate income housing being built around the city, especially in that area, it won't draw in more middle class and professional people and help bring the crime rate down?

Definitely NOT. When you have gangs shooting each other all the time no one wants to live there. The only people I've heard of moving into Trenton that are middle class are not from this area and get duped. Middle class and professional people don't lower the crime rate simply by existing in an area...if anything they're targets for increasing the crime rate.

After you make your purchase in Trenton, I've got some great real estate investment opportunities for you in Camden. It's going up, up, up!
