Agreed, but the folks who work at Town Hall (and specifically, in the Bldg. Dept.) are old and/or set in their ways. Until they retire or pass on, don't expect much to change, especially since the residents aren't that involved -- until something happens in their proverbial backyard

While old Sycamores almost always look like the garbage trees that they are, old Oaks, Maples, and Elms usually look "awesome".
