Our family looked at a house in BH today that is in the running for a potential purchase. It's on a busy street, though. In driving around, I didn't see any fenced yards (though I wasn't paying close attention, either). Does anyone know if there's a town ordinance about fencing your yard?
There is a bit of work that would have to be done to the home also. Most is replacing flooring and painting, and maybe installing a new vanity in the bathroom, but it definitely needs new windows. Would a building permit needed?
