I wouldn't worry about a drought at this point. Despite the lack of rainfall over the last month I heard on the news last night that the reservoirs are doing very well. The problem with this area is we don't get consistent rainfall. The rain always seems to come in big spurts.

As far as capacity is concerned.

NJ reservoirs are between 95-100% capacity right now.
which is at or above the average for this time of year.
