What's the deal with Lodi, New Jersey (Fair Lawn, Saddle Brook: condo, coops)

Someone told me there are new condo's and/or coops in the area of Garibaldi Street or maybe it's Garibaldi Avenue.

Does anybody know about this area in terms of income level, crime, schools, population (race, ethnicity)?

that area is big with flooding. be careful because every time a big storm comes, the homes are covered for days, litterally to the top.

schools arent that great either in Lodi. You should look at the surrounding areas of Saddle Brook and Fair Lawn.

It's not a low-income area but it's mostly a blue collar town....probably lower middle class if i had to guess.

Lodi does have some hefty flooding issues and as another poster pointed out, the schools aren't the best. Not terrible, but not the best.
