What is good source to find out events in NJ (Orange: weddings, things to do)

Whats a good website or source to find out all kinds of events in around NJ?

TicketMaster, StubHub and all these ticketing sites would only list major events that they sell.

For ex: I heard on the radio that there is a balloon festival this weekend in Readington. I would have loved to go if I knew about this a week ago.

Is there a site where you can sign up to get alerts regarding events? What source do you use to find this information?
