Corzine to Cut Library Funding? (income, taxes, moving)

Is this true?
Is New Jersey going to have funding to our libraries decreased?
This must be the most mismanaged state in the country.
Where is the money saved from those welfare cuts that Christy Whitman made?
Where is the income from the lottery going?
Where is the income from The Meadowlands going?
We probably have more population, per area, than any other state and we certainly have more wealthy individuals.
We are also known as the most corrupt state.

Please don't take this personally, but if it's true that he is cutting one thing at least it's a start in the right direction, now he has to cut a couple of thousand of other things and will we be going in the right direction of fiscal responsibility.

Aren't most libraries funded by the municipalities? If they aren't, they should be (though you're just moving tax dollars from one pocket to the other.....).

I believe in cutting back expenses most people start within the areas of least resistance. Instead of auditing government structures for true waste, and dealing with unions and government workers getting more benefits, even in retirement, than the average citizen, it is probably easier to cut citizen benefits.

When the citizens start complaining the only proposed conclusion will be to raise taxes.
