Nice town in a good location. Easy access to major roadways and shopping/dining along Rt. 23.

Yes, most of the 21st Century development has been in Riverdale's hills as opposed to the older "flats" section. Much of it was originally intended to be age-restricted housing (55+) but restrictions we removed when developers realized that due to the changing economy, the project was better suited for yuppies than seniors. Today, it's a nice place to live for either.

I think this is probably correct. I used to take the bus from Midland Park, which is closer to the city than Riverdale, and that was just an hour to the PABT.

Bullwinkle's was cool. The moose head was huge. It's a shame the bars with character are going away. I was a Wes's tavern person. Spent many a weekend there.

Post lane bends. The part acrosss from the Pequonnock river floods. The other 1/2 of the street does not flood.
