Looking at townhomes in Panther Valley... In the association fees.. what's included?

It's in Allamuchy- Warren County, right off of route 80 (Exit 19).

Maintenance, exterior and common areas; trash collection, snow removal. Make sure you take a close look at recent sales if you decide to make an offer. I researched that market just this past December and found several of the townhomes are terribly overpriced.

To Dodge, Panther Valley is a PUD in Warren County, located in Allamuchy (sometimes referred to as Hackettstown). Nice development, gorgeous golf course!

I was looking at a townhome and was thinking about offering. Found out today that it's in attorney's reviews now. It was on the market for 8 months and of course the week after I went in person to look at it... it's in attorney review. Someone made an offer- the asking price. I'm guessing I'm going to have to keep looking!
