Bergen / Ridgewood / Mahwah or area co-working space? (home, live)

Hello,

I live on the border of NY/NJ and work with offices overseas. I often commute to an office in NYC, but have early (8am) and late (8pm) calls and want to skip the commute some days. With kids at home, working from the home office a few days per week isn't an option because of a lack of privacy to make business calls.

I'm looking for co-working space or a private office in northern NJ or Rockland for 1 or 2 days per week, but there doesn't seem to be much available with the hours and flexibility (or affordability) I'm looking for. At the same time, there must be a ton of unused office space in the region. I don't want to cross the bridge to Tarrytown, as that would be far less convenient and runs the risk of bridge traffic.

Any recommendations? Regus seems to have limited hours and bad reviews for business practices.

Does Regus even have a facility in the area? We used them for temporary space for a special project in Manhattan.

You might just call a local RE firm and ask their commercial-rental person if there's anything out there. Might be something that's just not advertised.
