Default Chatham, NJ Preschools

We are moving to Chatham, NJ in May and I would like to find a preschool for my son who will turn 3 in September. I have a list of preschools just from a google search, but was hoping to get some recommendations from those who live in the area. I imagine some of them might be full already for the fall, but I'm going to give it a shot.

Thanks!

Hi I can't help you out with Chatham itself but I am a preschool teacher in California and there is one thing that can help narrow your search. See if the schools you are considering are NAEYC (National Association of the Education of Young Children) accreditated. This is a very tough accreditation to obtain. My center just got accreditated last summer. Only 3% of preschools nationwide have this accreditation. It insures QUALITY, safe standards, low ratios, teacher training and education, etc...

Good luck, I hear Chatham is a very beautiful area.

Cheers,
Shanny
