Default Hammonton area?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me more about the Hammonton area? I've seen some postings that look positively forbidding, but also have some specific questions, like:
How hot does it get in the summer/cold in the winter?
How high are the property taxes (ideally, I'd like to buy a house with some acreage -- not looking for a new house but nothing that has to be rebuilt).
Any flooding in the area?
What are utility bills like?

Currently I'm in Monmouth County. Thanks.

pm me, I'm an agent and I'll send some MLS listings just so you can see taxes and prices. My Dad lived there, I live about 30 min. from there. Not much there, good roadside fruit and veggie stands, small downtown area, no flooding. Close to AC. About 25 min. to the mall. You can get a house with land there easier since it's more farm area. Get me your email address and I'll send a few listings so you can see what's available (no obligation, just being nice).
