Default help. need info on beachwood nj and TR south high school

hi. currently we live in brick nj, which is labeled the safest city in the country(based on population, crime rate, sq mi, etc). we are contemplating moving to beachwood which is only 12 mi from brick. we drive thru and everything looks okay, kinda just like a big neighborhood as its so small, lots of parks, lots of new construction houses going up but we do not know much about the area. does anyone have any info? i hope to have more than just someone saying it sucks or is nice, rather family minded people tell me what they know for a fact and give details. one concern is toms river south high schol, but our children wont be going to high school for 14 years. who knows what could happen at any school in that time- they could build a new school. we hope the new construction will continue bringing up the home values but are concerned at making a mistake by leaving brick as we feel with home prices, we would not be able to return. if anyone could shed some light on the area, i would really appreciate it. feel free to post or email me privately amiemarie7@hotmail.com thank you
