For that price range, why don't you try Green Brook which is right next to Warren. You can actually get a newer home. School system in Green Brook for grade schools are slightly better than Warren's and both towns share the same high school (Watchung Regional High School)

Yes they share the same high school, and not too sure about the fact that the grade school are better but for resale I think Warren/ Watchung would hold its value because the medium pricing for houses is higher than Greenbrook. Even starter homes have a very high price, most starting above 500k.

Greenwood Meadows is the quintessential neighborhood in town - prices have come down there as they have across the board so if you haven't bought, you'll be pleased with the price movement. Most of Greenwood Meadows feeds into Mt. Horeb Elementary School - some flows into ALT - with all the building over the years, they had to do some reshuffling. The neighborhood closer to town (Appletree) has smaller homes generally on smaller lots. Sycamore Estates off of Washington Valley Road is very nice as well - there are several homes on the market there now. Heather Lane also very nice, homes are a little older and depending on where you are siutated, 78 can be close.

If you are here in town, I hope you are enjoying it. If not, there are some great homes to choose from.

yes I did end up buying but ended up in West Windsor. Still miss the beauty of Warren but for a number of reasons had to choose elsewhere.
