I remember seeing construction of Parkway Lofts.

I am looking to get 2 investment units at the end of 2016, beginning of 2017, so it's an interesting consideration to invest in Bloomfield as opposed to out of state

What is the huge development by Bloomfield College? I drove past it today and it is like one floor of concrete but they have the stairwell shaft full built and it is like 5 stories tall. Residential like a mini Avalon Station?

Hopefully the rest of the Bloomfield ave corridor can get improvements and upgrades eventually.

I wonder if there is any development plans for the Arlington Avenue area?

The new Food Town is open, they don't really sell what I like to eat. So I am going to be using this for incidentals.

There is 2 new bars coming. Essex Juncture and Tilted Kilt (Hope at least one of those offer beer called Kilt Lifter.
