Those lists don't really deter me as long as I'm not anywhere that is near the top. Hoboken is #60 and I would love to be able to afford to live there.

What is the huge development by Bloomfield College? I drove past it today and it is like one floor of concrete but they have the stairwell shaft full built and it is like 5 stories tall. Residential like a mini Avalon Station?
