If the OP had bothered to look at real estate prices in the target area, he wouldn't be asking that question. At least, it would have been worded differently. We're supposed to look up tax rates and scan listings? Check school ratings? That's what C-D members do, but...if you can't help yourself, we're not going to blow your nose and tuck you in.
