Default Nicer parts of Hasbrouck Heights

What are the nicer parts of Hasbrouck Hts? Is western part of the town (Ottawa Ave) a good area? Or closeness to Lodi makes it undesirable?

depends on who you talk to, and what their agenda is

the western part of town is quiet, but if your commute requires access to 80 or 17, it'll add minutes/frustration to your drive.

the northern part of town gets busy/noisy.

IMHO, the best part of town is the quadrant of Blvd. to Burton (east/west) between Bell Ave. and Passaic Ave. (north/south)
