I need a 2 month rental apt. in South Jersey! (Brigantine: rentals, condo)

Hi everyone! Inspired by HGTV's: Sleep On It, my hubby and I would like to see what living in atlantic county would be like for the 2 months he has off in July and August (he is a teacher.) We've been contemplating a move for over a year now, and feel the experience of living there will finally have us come up with a concrete answer.

We have good credit, and can provide excellent referrals. What we need is simply a safe clean apt./condo, preferably a studio, but 1 bedroom would be fine, for rent during both July and August of this year, at under $1,000 per month. We would pay for both months in advance. Any of the following towns would suit us fine:

Brigantine
Margate
Linwood
Northfield
Smithville
Egg Harbor Township

If you have any leads for me, please let me know. Also, if any of you know of any particular site where I should be searching, letting me know would be very appreciated as well. Thanks!

Very true since gas prices are at all time highs and people are not going to be able to afford extended distance travels.

Craigslist is your BEST bet and BEST resource. Put an ad up asking for exactly what you want and see what happens. If no one responds there, then you pretty much are out of luck as that is a great outlet. You should be able to find something although your price range might need to be a little higher.
