I could use your help. My husband and I live in Edgewater which is slowly becoming over built and expensive. Can you recommend a place in New Jersey with lower taxes (Essex County is way too high) but a good commute (30 - 40 minutes by bus or train) that is dog friendly? We do not have children. We love Ramsey--it's close to Ramapo but the commute is long and we like Pines Lakes in Wayne but the commute is not that great either. We are willing to pay between $500,000 - $650,000 for a home with a private yard and near leash-free dog parks. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
