Default Which parts of Jersey City...

Aren't scary?

I've seen some really nice looking rentals in the area for slightly more reasonable rents, and I would just like to know what areas are ok and what areas are avoid at all costs!

Having lived in Wilmington, DE, we are quite familiar with city living, but I would like to possibly get a brownstone in a nicer area. Please let me know if you can help...
