Hmmm, the most recent on that list was 1996...before that there were two in the late 80's...one in the 70's...a handful in the 60's...but most were before 1950! See a trend?

I'm just glad that I didn't have to say it first....lol.

Actually, though, the overall pace of "innovation" has slowed in general. I read somewhere that something like 90% of everything that will ever be "invented" has already been invented, and most of that has been in the last 50 years. I'll have to hunt around and see if I can find where I read that.
