Looking to buy a recently built townhouse (Morristown, Harrison: for sale, neighborhood)

Hi everyone, we are in the market of buying a recently built townhouse. My budge is $400K - $500K. I looked at River Park at Harrison( 4 Bergen Street, Harrison, NJ 07029). The townhouse is around $300K - $400K. Is it a good price? How is the neighborhood there? We are young Chinese couple with no kids, and we are working NYC downtown. The one big plus of River Park is very closed to the PATH station, which shorten my commute time a lot.

Do I have any other options other than River Park @ Harrison? As long as the area is safe and within 1 hour of commute to NYC downtown, I am happy.

You have other options as there are trains from Morristown and buses from various areas in Morris County, which will take you into NYC.
