Its iffy - there are alot of townhouses and new homes, so you're still seeing 2BR homes anywhere from $240k-$350k. Might be worth it to wait a little bit if you already own, however this area tends not to be as drastically effected.
I am told Hunterdown county RE is more or less at a standstill. Prices aren't moving much, but then again neither is inventory. That can't last forever - I'd wait.
That it is - I'm surrounded by a few parks, hiking trails, etc, etc, all in walking distance - and I'm still walking distance from town. I love it here
Though I can't wait til it gets warmer
