Lightbulb atco info.

Hi

I was wondering if Waterford Works is the same as Atco? If so, is Atco a safe area? I would be moving to Hayes Mill Rd. in Waterford Works. What can you tell me about that?

Default School problem

Atco is Waterford. The area is very off the beaten path. Biggest problem is the school system is horrible. High school is the worst. There are much nicer areas of South Jersey.

i heard that it is now an option for children to go to Hammonton schools (I think it was Hammonton, I'm not sure. But It was a town that began with an H that apparently has a nice high school).

But how is Waterford Works in the sense of safety? I hear its "rural" but that doesn't tell me anything. Is it a safe area?

Thanks for all the replies so far! I hope to see more!

Saftety? Its Atco a rural area... not Camden. Safety wouldnt be the issue there.

Atco seems like a weird place to me. I don't have a real reason for this, just don't like the vibe, not my cup of tea.

I do LOVE Hammonton though. A lil too rural for me, but I think Hammonton is beautiful.

Default Atco

I grew up in Atco. It is a great little town. The high school is Hammonton High School now and their grade schools (which there are 3) are also quite good. It was very rural when I moved there about 34 years ago. It has grown quite a bit since then. I believe it is very safe too. Safer than a lot of communities.

And Atco is NOT Waterford. They are two different towns. Atco is in Waterford Township.

Waterford Works is farther down the White Horse Pike. You actually go through Atco to get there. Years ago it was very rural and very small. I haven't been in that area in years but I have friends that live there and they like it.
