You are correct. Enacted by Ronnie Reagan.

There you go again...posting something factual that has the potential to rattle the cages of those who worship the quicksand on which he walked.

How dare you post something factual!

While Reagan signed the bill, the law was enacted by Congress but that was back when democrats and Republicans worked together to find common ground and actually solve problems.

Yup!
Those days are...long gone...
To his credit, Ronnie Ray-Gun held a tete-a-tete over cocktails most afternoons with Tip O'Neill, the Democratic Speaker of the House, and in this way, they were able to accomplish many things through intelligent compromise. Nowadays, the opposition party refuses to consider anything that is proposed by the sitting president.

In 2009, Miss McConnell stated that the job of his party was to make sure that nothing proposed by the POTUS would even get to the floor of the Senate, and he has...mostly...been successful with that obstructionist approach.

I try to be sensitive to people's political affiliations but I have to say, I don't see how people listen to Trump speak and actually believe he's going to "fix" anything.

She was 31 weeks when she came here but I thought generally women aren't supposed to fly even before that. She was here for 4-5 weeks already on an apparent vacation at the time she gave birth. I'd love to take a 5 week vacation...
