Wayne?
Hi Everyone,
My husband and I have been looking in Wayne for homes for a short while. The homes we've been looking at aren't in a flood zone, and we're happy with what we know about the town.
Does anyone have any good things/bad things to share about Wayne?

wayne is a good town, good schools, usually rated top in passaic county. lots of shopping, university. as long as you stay out of the flood zones, you will have no problems

I greww up next to Wayne but went to a private High School in Wayne. Wayne has decent schools and alot of shopping. Close to everything yet really a big town, I liked Pompton Plains better, it was smaller and more quiant then Wayne, just had more of that homey town feeling. Have you looked there at all?

Yeah, we're definitely all over the place! We kind of stumbled on Chestnut Ridge and realized after some deeper investigation that it just wasn't right for us. However, Wayne just keeps coming back into the picture for whatever reason, so it's my town de obsession at the moment. Tomorrow it'll be somewhere else!
