so yesterday i went to an open house b.c i wanted to see some condos.. my current home is too large for myself.. so I went and visited the new construction in the corner of w. jersey and chilton.. across the chilton towers.. the layout of the condos are great.. i will highly recommend it to anyone.. the only down side is that there is no gym in premises.. but there are going to start constructing a new bldg up the same street with gym and other amenities.. this should be a better buy!!.. I'm excited to see them..

did not know that.. but the building itself has lots of young professionals.. they sold over half the condos and i actually saw many of the residents.. I would not mind leaving in the same bldg with them... i was interested on the top floor loft at the corner, but it was sold too.. there is only 1 condo left on the upper floor facing front..

Okay. I just think Linden Ave. is a much nicer area than West Jersey/Chilton. But good luck, regardless.

I do lots of research.. city hall, online, drive thru different neighborhoods, talk to builders, other investors, architects, etc.. UNion county normally has budget info available there you can see what projects are planned, in progress, and completed.. also tells you what projects have funds approved..

Are there any ELizabeth, NJ businesses here? i have info on UEZ. the state made elizabeth a UEZ which means it recognizes that ELizabeth is a low eceonomic area. SO the state gives all kinds of benefits to business for being in Elizabeth. UEZ is working giving a matching tax credit amout to businesses in ELizabeth employing Elizabeth residents. BTW i heard the ELizabeth Ferry project is dead in the water. i hope it happens tho.
