If you have no use for it in the house, put it on Craigslist and/or eBay.

What's the benefit to getting a curved TV? I was shopping for a new 4K TV last year, and while the curved TV looked interesting, I didn't really see any added benefit so went with a flat LG that I'm very pleased with.

If you don't want to try to sell those TVs, why not phone some local nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and ask if they would like to obtain them for their patients who don't own a TV?

find a charitable thrift store and donate them

My father had an old 26 inch heavy tv, it worked but he didn't want it so we took it to the city dump, they had a container full of them.

You can sell flat screens. Tube tvs got to be recycled. Check what your towns policy is for that

You can give tube tvs away, some older people still have them. My father doesn't have any flat screens. He has I think a 36 inch tube tv.

Why do you want a 4K TV? I don't know any TV provider that broadcasts anything in 4K. 4K is basically a gimmick and will likely go out the way 3D TVs did.

Transistors and diodes?
Or, if it is very old...vacuum tubes?
