We actually looked at a few houses in the Strathmore section today. Low $400s high $300s. They were nice. While it's not Holmdel or Middleton South, the area didn't seem bad. The neighborhood people seemed friendly enough. And the area seemed safe. We also took a ride to the elementary school, just to see, and there was a soccer game with lots of families, who all seemed like your middle class family.

If you're going to look in Strathmore, you should look in Lakeridge just a couple of miles down the road. It's the same builder so the houses look identical but many are 4 bedroom instead of 3. Also slightly lower taxes because it's Old Bridge and not Aberdeen.
