Love the info and data I got on Hillsborough-sounds great and are taking a ride there this weekend. But a friend of mine mentioned Monroe in Middlesex County as well, so I was interested in any info on that area-schools, conveniences, property, etc. I know they are 2 different locations, but would like some feedback. Any feedback appreciated.

Default Opinion on Monore

Moved to Monroe Township and love the town and our home

Previously lived in East Brunswick. Great town also.

Monroe is very unique. I enjoy being close enough to the big towns and malls, yet enjoy the country atmosphere here.

The mix of age groups creates an interesting atmosphere. The residential homes are beautiful and each adult community has a charm of its own.

Monroe is a great area but do keep in mind, depending on the part of Monroe you are in, it can be a VERY open feel that is not necessarily close to a shopping center. The Monroe section closest to Jamesburg & Helmetta is very open but has access to some food areas and such but the Monroe section close to the Windsors is a VERY OPEN! Some people like it and some people don't, just keep that in mind.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SEARCH!
