Default West New York Help

Just wanted to get some opinions on West New York, NJ. I currently live in Morristown, NJ and work at JFK Intl and the commute is getting to be too much. There are a few condos for sale in West New York that are in my price range, Hoboken is too pricey for the time being.

Are there certain sections of the city that are nicer then others. Im a working professional and I was wondering if there are areas in West New York that people from Hoboken and Jersey City have migrated too.

The property Im looking at is located on Broadway about 1 block west of JFK Blvd E!

Thanks
LA

Other than the waterfront, you won't really find anything comparable to JC or Hoboken. I know there is a huge price disparity between homes up on the hill and down on the water, so to speak.
