It has its own WASHER-DRYER!!!! That's my idea of luxury.

If it's near a subway and I had the $$$, I'd buy it!

At least its not a mud hut or in Beirut. look, people before did not expect the same luxeries as you. Perhaps, people of the time did not wash so much, like Charles II or Louis XIV =))

Default Bathrooms and odd houses

My GF's family had seven children, and two adults, of course, their home had
one bathroom, and, an actual schedule on the door for bath/shower nights.

Here's what else is weird, house shopping years ago in Cranford, NJ
The basement had the many, previous years flood lines on the walls, and, actual tree trunks. (base of trunk, with roots) three of them, holding up the foundation, we ran like h@#% out of that listing.
